ርዕስ፦ የSIB/62/2026 የመድን ዘርፍ የሳይበር መመሪያ

የኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ባንክ አዲሱን የSIB/62/2026 መመሪያ በማውጣት የሳይበር ደህንነት ግዴታዎችን ወደ መድን (ኢንሹራንስ) ዘርፍ አስፋፍቷል። ይህ እርምጃ የሀገሪቱ የፋይናንስ ሥነምህዳር በአጠቃላይ ከሳይበር ጥቃቶች የተጠበቀ እንዲሆን ለማድረግ ያለመ ሲሆን፣ ባንኮች ብቻ ሳይሆኑ የመድን ኩባንያዎችም የTIMONA ጥናት የሚመክራቸውን የጥንካሬ ደረጃዎች እንዲያሟሉ ያስገድዳል። መመሪያው ተቋማቱ የመረጃ ደህንነታቸውን በአስተማማኝ ሁኔታ እንዲጠብቁ፣ ሊከሰቱ የሚችሉ ስጋቶችን ቀድመው እንዲለዩ እና ችግሮች ሲያጋጥሙ በፍጥነት የማገገም አቅማቸውን እንዲያሳድጉ ያዛል። ይህም በፋይናንስ ዘርፉ ውስጥ ያለውን የደህንነት ክፍተት በማጥበብ ለተቀናጀ ሀገራዊ መረጋጋት እና ለታማኝ የዲጂታል ግብይት ስርዓት ግንባታ ከፍተኛ አስተዋጽኦ ያበረክታል።
